- Do I need to register for the inauguration?
Only those who received an RSVP card in their formal invitation are asked to register. If you misplaced your RSVP or invitation, please reach out to csudevelopment@csuniv.edu.

Saturday
- 1 p.m. Softball vs. USC Upstate – CSU Softball Complex
- 1 p.m. Women’s Tennis vs. UNC Asheville – Buccaneer Tennis Complex
- 3 p.m. Softball vs. USC Upstate – CSU Softball Complex
- 7 p.m. Buccaneer Ball (students only)
Sunday
- 11 a.m. Summit Church Service – Lightsey Chapel Auditorium
- 5 p.m. Prayer and Worship Service (Passion Week) – Jones Hall
- 6 p.m. Cookout – Intramural Field/Costin Plaza
Monday
- 10 a.m. Campus Tours – Lightest Chapel Portico
- 12:30 p.m. Delegate and VIP Registration – Lightsey Chapel Portico/Lobby
- 2 p.m. Inauguration Ceremony – Lightsey Chapel Auditorium
- 3:30 p.m. Reception – Whitfield Center for Christian Leadership (faculty, staff, and invited guests only)
- 6 p.m. Dinner – Dining Hall (invited guests only)
*Classes will be moved to asynchronous online at 12:00 p.m. on Monday, March 25 to allow students and faculty to attend the inauguration ceremony. Lunch and Dinner will be held in the Brewer Center for campus to allow for a private event in the Dining Hall.
- Where will the inauguration be held?
In the beautiful Lightsey Chapel Auditorium, a central focal point of campus. It is impossible to miss the shining steeple when visiting Charleston Southern.
- Where do I park?
You may park in the Commuter Lot closest to the Science and Engineering buildings. VIP parking is available in the Student Center lot closest to the chapel.
- Is there a dress code?
Institutional delegates should wear academic regalia. All other attendees should wear business/church attire.
- Who do I contact about disability accommodations?

- What time should I arrive?
Registration for delegates and VIP guests begins at 12:30 p.m. The ceremony begins promptly at 2 p.m. Other than in reserved areas, which will be clearly marked, seating is on a first come first served basis.
