Dr. Aly Rosendale is originally from Lancaster, Pennsylvania. She graduated Magna
Cum Laude from Arcadia University with her Bachelor of Science in Biology degree
and went on to receive her Master of Science in Physician Assistant Studies at
Thomas Jefferson University, joining the Alpha Eta Honor Society and receiving the
Clinical Year Award. In 2023, she received her Doctor of Medical Science in Physician
Assistant Education from the University of Lynchburg.

Professor Rosendale’s clinical background started in hospital medicine at St. Joseph’s Hospital in Reading, PA before she transitioned to adult hematology/oncology at Hershey Medical Center. In addition to her clinical responsibilities, she served as the Lead Advanced Practice Provider for Outpatient Hematology/Oncology and Instructor of Medicine. In her role she led and mentored a team of advanced practice providers, collaborated on numerous quality improvement projects, helped grow the Bone Marrow Transplant program, and developed the Acute Care Clinic for hematology/oncology patients which led to a decrease in hospital admissions. She most recently presented her poster, Interdisciplinary Approach to Symptom Management in Oncology, at the 2022 ANCC National Magnet and Pathway to Excellence Conference and was listed as author of Oncology Guidelines: Non-Hodgkin Lymphoma in the second edition of Acute Care Guidelines.

She is passionate about enhancing professionalism while encouraging lifelong learning and personal growth in addition to leadership development and integration into the PA profession. She is a member of the American Academy of Physician Associates and the Physician Assistant Education Association.

In her free time she enjoys spending time with her family including her husband, their 2 daughters and 3 dogs. Together they enjoy baking, reading, and going to the beach.
