Continuing your path in computer science

The Master of Science in computer science degree is intended to provide an advanced understanding of the technical fundamentals of computer science architecture, database, networking and software engineering.

We pair the fundamental knowledge of computer science with cutting edge technology — allowing students immediate application in the workplace. Faculty are always available and easy to approach for questions and help.  

Students learn cloud computing platforms such as AWS, and cybersecurity principles and practices in such courses as Network Penetration and Ethical Hacking. We offer several hands-on projects, extending/enhancing Linux OS functionality that students can apply to their jobs immediately.

We offer a flexible learning format, either an in class or online format to meet students’ needs.  Knowledge learned in our classrooms can be applied immediately. Our unique Christian environment allows us to not only teach knowledge but also provides students an opportunity to apply learned knowledge ethically.

Ashby Hall

Ashby Hall houses classrooms, labs, computer labs, an auditorium and faculty offices for math and computer science. Named for H. E. Ashby.

Science Building

The building houses chemistry, biology and research labs, faculty offices and classrooms. A greenhouse is located adjacent to the science building. The greenhouse contains more than 50 different varieties of orchids, both hybrids and species, along with more than 30 species of carnivorous plants.

Science and Engineering Building

The Science and Engineering Building is a 17,500-square-foot space that houses labs, office space, and work rooms for student and faculty use in the engineering program.
