BS in Mass Communications and Theatre
Miranda serves as the Assistant Director of Marketing and Communication at CSU. She brings over 8 years of experience in communications and a passion for creating, serving, and leading. Miranda’s previous experience includes over six years’ experience as a morning personality during the Steve Harvey Morning Show, Community Relations Director for the Block, and Host of a community affairs and PSA show that highlighted local businesses and non-profits. She has served as a Christian radio personality for a live gospel radio show and assisted the staff with all marketing and communication needs. She is known for her ability to spearhead the development of communication concepts and has a passion to inspire others to build, engage and connect with their community. Miranda received the Star Award for the best use of Digital Platforms from the SC Broadcasters Association in 2018. She is a Riley Fellow from the Diversity Leadership Institute from Furman University. Her previous experience includes workforce development, serving as the liaison between Spartanburg and Greenville County Workforce as a Project Manager, and working in nonprofit managing Job Connections for Goodwill Industries of the Upstate/Midlands.
